•I cannot recommend Christie enough! From start to finish, she made the home-buying process incredibly smooth. She was always available to communicate, answering every question (big or small) with patience and expertise. Her knowledge of the legal aspects of home buying, inspections, and market conditions gave me so much peace of mind throughout the process. Her experience and long-time knowledge of the area were invaluable—she understood comps inside and out, and used that knowledge to put me in the best possible position. Her negotiation skills are truly next-level, and thanks to her, I ended up in an amazing spot. Beyond that, she was extremely organized and proactive. She facilitated everything with my lender and the other agent, making sure I never felt like I had to handle it all on my own. But what really sets her apart is that her help didn’t stop once we found the home—she went above and beyond in so many ways. She answered all my questions, from how hardwood floors impact home value to where to find the best deals on tiles. She even helped with renovation ideas, like how to update the bathroom in a way that adds value. Most importantly, she truly cares about her clients and fiercely advocates for them. She does not waste time entertaining lowball offers or bad-faith negotiations—she knows what her clients’ homes are worth and will fight to ensure they get the best possible deal. I would recommend anyone to Christie Whether it be a first time homebuyer or someone who’s been through the process multiple times, and I will most definitely be using her for all of our houses in the future!
