He was very thorough in getting all of the necessary info that we needed to take care of on our end and scheduling inspections and any necessary repairs. My Wife and I were looking to sell our home and reached out to another realtor. We were surprised when she told us she estimated the value of our home to be well below our own estimates. We stepped back from the idea for a few weeks before seeing another home Noah sold in our area at a much better price per square foot. Noah took his time when meeting with us, and explained his goal was to make selling our house easy for us and to get the highest possible price. He truly met that goal, and sold our home for almost 20% higher than the other realtor wanted to list. He helped earn us 10s of thousands more than we may have gotten without him. His market knowledge was invaluable and he introduced concepts of home selling we had never even heard of before. All with the goal of getting the most out of our house. He worked hard and created hardcover brochures that showcased the utility of our home. He even shared a lawn tool with us to help trim back some tree branches. This helped expose the facade of our home for some great pictures. Some realtors have gotten a bad reputation as brokers who want to do the least amount of work for the most pay: Not Noah! He really delivered on helping us achieve our ultimate goal of maximizing our equity to fund the purchase of our new homestead. I honestly don’t know where should I start with my review so I’ll begin at the introduction. I was introduced to Brandy by the way of a Hulu series about home buying. I was impressed with her professionalism and how well she worked with her clients and went above and beyond to meet their expectations. At the conclusion of that episode, I knew that I found my Realtor. I did my due diligence to locate her for assistance and made an appointment for our initial consultation. From the beginning, she has always been attentive, respectful and supportive of my requirements all while giving suggestions on other things to consider. Being a homebuyer, especially a first time home buyers, in the 2021 real estate market is not for the faint hearted. It requires patience, persistence and a trustworthy real estate agent and we got all those things from Jessica. She held our hands through every step of this process and we actually go one of the first offers we put in. Jessica also saved us over $20,000. I cannot speak highly enough of her tenacity, knowledge and her willingness to go the extra mile to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at a price we could afford. I feel fortunate to have had Jess as my realtor in the purchase of my new condo. We cast a wide net as I had many different types of homes I would consider. She was always available, arranging showings around my schedule without making me feel as if I was wasting her time, even if they were listings I was only moderately interested in. I am extremely pleased to publish this review about Jennifer Monroe who I just had the pleasure of working with for my house purchase. She is by far the best real estate person I have ever met in my life. Her knowledge of the real estate market is amazing and we were able to purchase a very nice property at a great price. Although we are not residents of the state she handled ever facet of the process. She referred us to her extensive network of mortgage brokers, house inspectors and lawyers all of which were very helpful and very easy to work with. Even when we had substantial repair issues with the property she remained very vigilant by staying on top of the process and personally inspecting that the work was getting done correctly. She also provided extensive research about specific neighborhoods so that we our substantial investment would be safe for years to come.
