•If you are looking for a knowledgeable respectful flexible realtor Liz is your person! We are first time home buyers and had many questions but no matter the question or how many times we asked Liz would explain in detail how everything worked. At every house showing she was extremely knowledgeable and even gave ideas of things we could do to the house later on. Being in a sellers market we had many obstacles but with Liz we were able to buy a house! I love that Liz didn't give up on us even with all the turndowns we got. And now Liz is a friend! I will be recommending her to everyone.
Liz is absolutely amazing at what she does! It's a tough market and she never gave up. We wrote on numerous houses before getting accepted with our budget and the tough market we were a bit of an obstacle to work with. I remember being at a showing and Liz stating to our lender "watch me I'm going to get this done" and she did just that. She was very friendly and knowledgeable throughout the whole process, I love that she makes a binder with all the information you need from beginning to the end of process. There wasn't a time of day that we couldn't call her if she didn't answer she would contact us back that same day. We can't thank you enough for everything!
