Met Natalie as a result of a job move and she was very helpful in acquainting us with a city that we didn’t know. We kept in touch with her after returning from 3 days in KC. She loaded us up with a lot of possibilities and openly entertained any searches we did on our own. We located a great house that, apparently every else did as well, and despite a very quick and fair offer it went to another buyer who waived inspection (something Natalie warned against and am glad she did). Soon after we saw another house that looked perfect and, although Natalie was on a family vacation, she worked tirelessly at helping us out through another realtor in her office but kept on top of it all the way helping us put on offer on the house. This seemed a bit crazy as we hadn’t set foot in the home but felt that we knew it through a guided video tour. We were excited when we got a call 2 days after the offer saying the offer was accepted . Natalie stayed on top of it through another visit to actually set foot in it, a final visit and walkthrough with the owners (who were great) and the closing. The house is now ours and we are just waiting for our furniture to arrive in a week so we can finally relax (except for moving all the furniture).
