Chance grew up in South Johnson County and graduated from a small Liberal Arts College with a degree in Business, Marketing, and Critical Thought & Inquire. Specializing in problem-solving, target marketing, and business development his career as a collegiate football player has taught him how to handle adversity, collaboration, leadership, and multitask management, making him a qualified candidate for success in a fast-paced and ever-changing housing industry. A Kansas native, I have lived in the area for over 27 years. I love all things Kansas City! The people, the arts, the sports and of course the BBQ! This excitement for KC is the same passion I have for my clients. Helping people buy or sell their home is a rewarding experience and one that I take very seriously. When I am not working, I enjoy rooting for the Royals, cheering on the Chiefs and attending the Kansas City Ballet. I am passionate about the community and like to help where I can. I have helped with a build for Habitat for Humanity, handed out water during 5Ks and collected food for Harvesters. A big part of my heart is with animals. I am the volunteer coordinator with The Rescue Project and I also work with fundraising and fostering animals. I am also a volunteer at Great Plains SPCA and assist with laundry and walking dogs.
