•We had been working with an agent in Chattanooga but when we decided to purchase in Nashville, our agent in Chat put us together with Jeff Pearles. From the moment he called us, till we were handed the keys to our new home, Jeff walked us through the process and was a helpful agent through the whole process. We were new to Nashville so we were unfamiliar with the territory, so needless to say, we were literally ALL over the map! Jeff patiently helped us look for whatever the latest idea I had come up with, whether it was land in Greenbrier, a condo downtown to finally our perfect home in Hendersonville. Jeff was never pushy, but he always made sure we felt like we were being listened to and taken care of. He was attentive to our list of "wants" and honest about realities of that list. We will definitely look to Jeff if we buy and sell and will recommend him to family when they move to Nashville. ;-)
