•I don't have really any kind of knowledge of real estate, contracts, what happens with title companies, etc., and I feel very fortunate to have been able to work with Leigh Anne Pierce. She not only researched the current market price for a small piece of property I wanted to sell, but took care of the listing, photographs, communication with prospective buyers, explained to me the ins and outs of the paperwork and options, and helped me every step of the way. Her availability to answer questions that came up was excellent and she kept up constant communication with me as the sale progressed. Because it was a relatively small property I was tempted to try and handle it myself, but I'm certain I ended up with 10s of thousands of dollars more in proceeds than if I'd made that mistake. She will be my go-to person for all real estate transactions in the future and I'd highly recommend her to anyone seeking a reliable, knowledgeable and professional agent.
