•Our family loved working with Patton! He provided incredible insight as we prepared to list our house, from pricing to getting it fixed up to hit the market, he led us every step of the way. Our house sold the day after it was listed for more than we thought we would get for it--all greatly exceeding our expectations! I cannot recommend him enough!
Patton Drewett is the consummate professional when it comes to the Austin housing market. In a challenging market, Patton was able to read the market, push forward our listing, correctly price the house (above our expectations) and get it sold within 30 days of listing. I know of no other realtor in town that has accomplished such a feat in today's market. You'd be doing yourself a great disservice to not have Patton as your advocate and advisor if you are looking to sell or buy a home in Austin Texas.
