•Stacy is by far the most helpful agent we've used. She provided some furniture to stage our house after we realized it might take a long time to sell the house, and she enlisted her husband to help move furniture. She seemed to always make sure the hose was ready for a showing, and was good about giving us the feedback from agents and prospective buyers. And best of all she empathized with our frustrations with unreasonable buyer requests.
Stacy and Ron Hallmark do more as real estate agents than we have ever experienced (having bought and sold six properties in the last 25 years in the Austin area.) Stacy listened to our needs, always acted in our best interests, was transparent, always answered the phone and was responsive, paid for two months of professional staging, bought bushes and curb appeal elements, let us use her furniture for extra staging elements, marketed our property effectively, and was always looking for how to elevate and differentiate our listing. She makes the effort and goes the extra mile for her clients. We would use Stacy again and I recommend her wholeheartedly.
