•Lorena is a real estate agent who truly represents either the seller extremely or more importantly the buyer. I was the buyer! I never felt she was putting her best interest over mine. She brings great resources, inspectors, contractors and even information about the community, etc. She's very responsive, she made every effort to make every arrangement I requested and was completely successful. She gave me great guidance on structuring the offer, she negotiated additional benefits on my behalf which I wasn't aware were possible. She will do whatever for her clients. I can't say enough about the experience....I would give her a call at your earliest convenience and I have recommended her to anyone I hear who is looking to buy or sell.
