•I interviewed 4 realtors who had sold properties in my west Houston neighborhood. David had the most detailed assessment of the market and value. He sold the house for a good price in a reasonable amount of time (It was priced a little high and we offered a sizable repair allowance instead of lowering the price.) The house had a lot of big renovation needs too. David has a very active social media presence and followed up with all viewers. He worked really hard to close the deal and on the final negotiations as my advocate. I also hired him to find another house in a 1031 exchange. I identified a variety of candidates and he patiently viewed them all with me. We put an offer on one that was listed 1 day with several offers. He managed to convince the seller to take my offer, which I don't think was the highest price. He also helped me get some discounts for things that I wasn't expecting. I HIGHLY recommend David Smith. You will not be disappointed!
