•Philip Donahoo guided me through the sale of my town home in Olde Raleigh Villas while I remained in my new home in Florida. He did everything from changing light bulbs to representing me at closing. Previous to my experience with Philip, my opinion of realtors was very distrustful, but during my home sale, I relied on and trusted Philip implicitly and felt that my best interest was paramount in the advice and representation that he provided me. He advocated for me in frustrating dealings with my HOA, and oversaw the necessary repairs done by qualified professionals. I have nothing but positive feelings about the sale of my Raleigh home.
