Allison is the best! My husband and I just purchased a home in Santa Rosa Beach and Allison was there to help us every step of the way. She goes above and beyond to help you find exactly what you are looking for. We would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home.

Allison is an excellent agent! Knowledgeable, energetic, always responsive. Up to date on the latest technologies and very hands on with the photography, signage, appointments and open houses. Most importantly follows up on every lead and reports their response and interest level. We selected Allison to represent us in the sale of our home after I had retired from a 30 year career in real estate. After meeting and interviewing several other agents we were impressed with her professional presentation and her association with a company that offered international exposure, which was important in our area. We highly recommend Allison Richards, thanks for all your hard work!!!

I reached out to Allison based on her outstanding Zillow reviews and she exceeded my expectations. She is a very skilled negotiator and helped me buy a townhouse that had multiple offers. She also handled all of the follow-ups since I am out of state (inspection, repairs, etc) and kept in constant contact. She was amazing throughout the entire process and I was so lucky to have found her!

She was very professional and helpful in marketing our home. She knew we needed to sell and gave us a lot of ideas to help our property stand out from the competition. She told us when the best time was for our area to be on the market and held an open house to help market our home. She sold in less than a week!

Allison is an extremely hard working professional real estate agent. I came across her on Zillow when beginning my search for a home in Destin reading reviews etc. we had a 4 month relationship in which I finally ended up with the perfect home for my needs. She knows the market well and will outwork any agent in the area.

Allison helped me navigate through the sell of a home and a purchase of a home simultaneously with a contingency clause and a kick out clause. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

After looking at thousands of listings on Zillow for a second home, we latched on to the perfect home that we both wanted. We emailed Allison and within minutes her response prompted a flight to Florida to look it over. Before our plane landed Allison had done her home work and submitted an offer on our behalf. After two days of viewing homes, comparing options, we purchased the house we had been searching for. Allison guided us to all the right professionals to make this all happen in record time. We are now enjoying beach, sun, and fun in less than 4 weeks. If you want Personal Service that gets Results...Allison Richards can make it happen for you!

Allison was so familiar with properties in the Destin/Miramar Beach that the process went very well. She started showing us a variety and from that she figured out exactly what would work for our winter home as well as summer rental. She knew about the condo fees, etc associated with each development. We ended up with a dream home and she recommended the mortgage banker and walked us through the whole process. Very flexible and not assertive which was great. Would definitely work with her again.

Allison went above and beyond to help us sell our home on 30a. She did whatever was needed and was open to our thoughts and questions. We would definitely recommend her.
