Over the past 30 years, I have purchased/sold several houses and bounced from one realtor to another because I never found a realtor that lived up to their own hype. Linda came recommended by a friend and she and her entire team were fabulous. Some realtors state they have a team behind them but that team is absent/busy when needed. Linda and her team consistently delivered when I wanted to get into a prospect house quickly and they provided expert advice during negotiations. On the selling end, Linda provided a professional stager who suggested how to rearrange/remove furniture, curtains, pictures,... to maximize buyer attraction.
