I was referred to Scott and his team as one of the top agents in the Raleigh area. After an initial discussion to understand our needs, Scott and his associate Andrew helped show us numerous houses until we finally keyed in on the one that would become our home. We are a bit picky, and luckily, they are very patient and took the time to ensure we found what we were looking for and did not try to sell us on house that did not fit our criteria. Andrew in particular was instrumental in helping us win and close quickly on our home. We were in a multi-bidder situation facing off against 5 other buyers and Andrew (with Scott's guidance and oversight) helped craft an offer and strategy that was accepted within 8 hours of our offer and closed within 2 weeks.
