Due to the craziness of 2020, my wife and i jumped head first into buying our first home. We could not have had a better agent guide us through the home buying process. On our first day of looking at houses, i knew we had a person who was in touch with what my spouse and i were thinking, what we liked, what we disliked, & was able to point out things that we would generally miss. When it came to the negotiation - which was brief because of her - she explained each way we could approach giving an offer & explained the pros and cons of each. Knowing the market, she explained what our best course of action was & because of that, i am writing this in my new kitchen! Alissa is your best field guide to home buying. Use her!
