Erica was the perfect person for the sale of my house. She did an outstanding job regarding all aspects of finding the right buyer. Her market knowledge and sales experience, especially for the unique houses in the Mount Tabor (Parsippany suburb) neighborhood, her perfect guidance and consultations regarding value added upgrades and renovations, and her very tasteful staging/presenting the house allowed me to sell the house at a fair price. At the time when the house was put on the market, I already resided out of state, so Erica took the lead and independently managed the entire process locally, while I was remote. She always kept me in the loop and promptly informed me on progress, major developments and decision making, including the use of a digital mobile app that allowed me to see appointment scheduling for showings. Overall, I could not have had a better experience, and I highly recommend Erica for real estate transactions. She went far above and beyond my expectations, not only as a professional, but also as a caring person, who understood my circumstances.
