•My husband and I were moving to New Jersey from Chicago and had very little knowledge of the differences of the towns and what a commute to nyc would look like from each area. She was always phone/text/email available, she really tried to figure out what was needed and expected from us before we came to look at houses so she could narrow the list of houses down. We only had 1 weekend (2 days) to come in and look and secure a house as we live out of town. It was a jam packed 2 days with 28 houses all over northern NJ. Both days she showed up ready to tell us about each house and neighborhood with what to expect from each. She blew me Away with how prepared she was and the knowledge she has gained from doing this for so long. She’s married and her husband bob worked with us a lot. He comes in with real estate knowledge but more importantly he also has a resume when it come to renovations and he had a keen eye and was able to spot out imperfections and explain why it happened or what could happen to to the structure or craftsmanship that was already done. Together as a team I couldn’t imagine finding anyone better and strongly recommend using her service. Thank you sandy and bob as you guys truly found a not just a house but a place we can call home!!!
