I was put in contact with Sarah, from a work colleague back in 2015 to meet her over email and to set up a few search criteria to see what the market may have available. My wife and I were living in Chicago with our 2 boys, so Sarah is aware of the family element and the importance of finding the right home, the right schools, provided local contacts for service requirements if we need them. Sarah took both my wife and I on many viewings, in different towns and provided us with inputs on each home and local comparisons for homes that have sold, so we had any and all knowledge on what we were looking at, including her amazing negotiation skills. She assisted us during each phase of the purchase, from offer to acceptance and helped us out with any questions that we had during this time, as we are not experts in the real estate market. Sarah made our dreams come true and we have enjoyed the new home and our boys have loved it too. If we were to move again (which we are not going to do), we would use Sarah without question.

Sara was amazing to work with! We wanted to buy a house in the suburbs and Sara & Dan helped us so much! Once we found the house, we had a unique situation with the buyer and Sara kept us in the loop with all changes and any updates. A sewage line needed to be fixed and Sara made sure everything was done to our satisfaction before we closed. She has a great personality and made us feel very comfortable.
