David is THE agent to work with. As first time homebuyers, we were very overwhelmed. David had an intro Zoom with us where he presented a PowerPoint explaining the buying process and steps. He was extremely responsive and went on several showings with us. We appreciated his expertise, pointing out pros and cons of each house, and was very honest with us. When it came to the negotiating table, he gave us a lot of great ideas to really push our offer through and we ended up getting accepted on our first offer. He gave great recommendations for inspectors, mortgage brokers and real estate attorneys. He also worked with the listing agent to get all of our questions answered. Most importantly David is kind, down to earth and honest. He is the only agent we will ever use!

David assisted us in the selling of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Working with David was such a premium experience. He always had our best interests in mind, gave us wonderful advice on how to negotiate the best offers, and was always available for the 30+ houses we went to tour. Our attorney kept commenting how pleasant it was working with David and his team. He also introduced us to an amazing mortgage lender (Scott Schneiderman 10/10) that helped make our close seamless. We feel so lucky to have had such a supportive and caring human as our realtor, and he definitely has us as life long clients.

David did a great job helping us find our perfect condo in Chicago! He was very responsive to all our texts and calls, and was willing to meet us very quickly to see listings that we were interested in. We are first time home owners, and he gave us great advice on everything including navigating the real estate market in Chicago, working with lenders, lawyers etc. He was also great moral support during the stressful process that is buying a home! Definitely would recommend him as a real estate agent.
