•Our first realtor unsuccessfully marketed our house for one year. My cousin suggested that we consult with realtor Catherine Poche LeBlanc, who signed up a purchaser for his house within days of her listing it. I consulted on site at our house with Catherine and before concluding our visit, we agreed upon a realistic selling price and contracted her to become our agent. She explained the selling processes and identified fees and procedures. She soon received offers from TWO potential buyers. Catherine assisted with review of these offers, which led to accepting the best offer for us. As the selling process began, documents were then sent to us via e-mail for review and completion. E-mail correspondence was followed up by a phone call from Catherine that further explained those documents. Since there are numerous documents and processes involved in the sale or purchase of a house, I'd suggest that you contract a professional realtor and Catherine Poche LeBlanc is the one that I would choose again!
