Residing in California while finding just the right home to purchase in Chappaqua seemed an overwhel

Residing in California while finding just the right home to purchase in Chappaqua seemed an overwhelming if not impossible task, yet somehow Yarden turned our dream into a reality. From the first house we viewed through the many we toured virtually, Yarden provided personalized, professional insights that led us to owning our new home. His commitment to us was extraordinary and he went beyond any reasonable expectations to ensure that everything went flawlessly once we made an accepted offer and entered contract. A business transaction as impactful as buying a new home is stressful at best, but even more so when its conducted long-distance. Communication was of paramount importance and Yarden ALWAYS made himself available to us to address our many questions and concerns. Knowing that things are done so differently in Westchester County than what we're accustomed to, Yarden effectively anticipated our needs and proactively took care of the vast majority of them BEFORE we even considered their existence. I cannot think of a single aspect of this home buying experience that wasn't truly outstanding. Working with Yarden, Hillary Landau, Cindy, and Toni Maida was an absolute pleasure. What an incredible team! There can be none better! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
