We were very pleased with our decision to use Kate as our realtor! After reading all the strong reviews, we called Kate to vet her style and approach. She was very kind, honest and upfront about the home selling and buying process. Our home sale went smooth and the timing was perfect. Kate advised us through the process and never made us feel stressed or overwhelmed. As much of joy Kate was on the selling side, she really really impressed when it was time to buy. We were very selective in the new home we wanted and we were not looking to settle. Several agents we had spoken to in the past would often neglect our preferences and shortly after beginning the search, they would direct us to towns, home styles and price ranges that we did not want. Through out the 6+ month process Kate never tried to dissuade us. She never made us feel like we were unreasonable or unrealistic in our search. We ultimately found two homes that we loved, and in both instances Kate worked to make sure our offers were strong, timely and well communicated. The first home we ultimately passed on after recollection. The second was "the one" and we ultimately purchased it. Kate has a great business sense and she is a one of a kind representative in a transaction. This is very important for the Long Island real estate market which is hyper competitive. Kate helped facilitate our sale in Islip Terrace and a purchase in East Northport and we couldn't be happier.

Honestly i dont even know where to start with Kate. She is just an amazing girl. One of the best persons i have ever met. I met Kate at one of her open houses, we talked for a bit and right away she made me feel welcome and she let me see what i wanted to see without following me around and asking me a million questions like some realtors do. I talked to her about my plans of selling my condo and buying her listing but i knew it would be difficult to have both things aligned together. Being expose to the real state in the past i knew it was going to be a long difficult process. But she was so kind and patience and she just listened, which is so important. So after talking for a bit i knew she was the girl i needed to go for. Her way of dealing with things is just so easy going and she knows her stuff for sure. Not even two months later i closed on an amazing house that i never even though i could have and sold my condo for top $. Kate is amazing! she is an awesome human being. Super sweet and caring. Very professional and she is always going to look for your best interest. She will help you with anything you need. Not only that, being one of the top realtors in Long Island, Kate has very good people she works with. Because of Kate, i met some great people from Michael Gussin at Nationwide Mortgage to the Mike angelo at United home inspections. I mean these guys were more than awesome.
