•Lily was such a pleasure to work with in a very competitive, fast-moving market, during which we were buying for the first time in FL. She never made us feel as if any question or task was too bothersome, she researched comps and other details thoroughly, and she communicated consistently and transparently with us. We felt as if we had a true partner throughout the entire process. Plus, her professionalism, positive attitude and charming personality made her a pleasure to be around through many showings, making offers, negotiating, and closing. We would not hesitate to work with her again. In fact, we plan to very soon for some investment properties!
Selling a home can be a complicated, stressful event. Such was the case with our recent sale. Anna was great in guiding us through the prep work, the endless buyer visits, and the run of other inspections post contract. We had a few challenges even through the end of closing day. She would tell me where we were in the process and provide advice or instruction as needed. That was good for sanity maintenance if not piece of mind. Anna is a professional. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a good realtor.
