•We first met Dilan in Sept of 2022. We called him out of the blue when we had less than 30 days to relocate to Florida. He found us a great temporary rental and arranged everything. He even drove around the greater Tampa area and took videos of several houses so we could see the real story. He then worked with us to find our home less than 3 months later. He's a no BS guy. Knows what he's talking about and most importantly FOLLOWS THROUGH. During our search we met other realtors that blew us off when we had to move quickly. One even said, go check out Zillow. Big mistake on their part. Not Dilan. He helped us sell our current home in a terrible hurricane affected market and has helped lift a huge weight off our shoulders. We've referred other friends to Dilan and helped them buy their first home. You can't go wrong. He's a stand up guy.
