•We just closed on our first Florida property, and we couldn't have imagined doing it this quickly and smoothly without the support and guidance from our realtor Katya Odintsova. We feel that finding Katya in a sea of realtors on the Internet was truly a blessing. From the initial phone call with her to interview Katya and why we should use her as our realtor, rather than try to purchase a home by ourselves, she has proven her worth tenfold in this process. We are both working professionals and had limited time to spend on all of the elements necessary to successfully bid, obtain financing, and ultimately close on the property. Katya was there for us every step of the way, giving us guidance and keeping us on task to ensure a successful win on the bid (which had multiple bidders). She was also instrumental in the negotiations post-bid, and navigated us through some challenges that presented themselves a few days before closing. This sale could have all but disintegrated without Katya's experience and all of the behind-the-scenes work she did to support getting us over the finish line. Katya's approach to assisting us in the purchase of our home resembled how one would help their own family, and that was sincerely appreciated. We are so grateful for Katya's help, and we could not think of any other person we'd rather have in our corner when we start to think about our future real estate plans in Central Florida.
