•Ken assisted us with purchasing one property and selling two others (through a referral). He and his wife are fantastic agents - extremely wise about real estate - and provided wonderful insights and advice above and beyond the industry standard. As we were long distance buyers/sellers, Ken was a necessary part of our buying/selling process and acted as our eyes and ears during the transaction. He was the point person, who graciously took the lead and flawlessly coordinated closings with three other agents. We had the utmost trust in his judgment and perspective. He was the glue that held three transactions (within two weeks) together including selling a property in Massachusetts and Daytona and buying a property in Gainesville. At every step, he was the consummate professional and a great friend. Honestly, these are the best two real agents that we have encountered in more than a dozen transactions in the past ten years. It was a joy meeting him and his wife and a blessing to have found them. We highly recommend them!!
Debby Craggs was the consummate professional real estate agent. From the initial meeting until closing on the sale, Debby was friendly, courteous, thoroughly knowledgeable and fully engaged; she made the entire process of selling 76 Marine Street a simple and stress-free experience. She did the required research, priced the house perfectly, and sold it quickly. I could not have asked for a better experience.
