James helped me buy my new home

James helped me buy my new home. It was a complicated sale with a lot of delays but he was proactive with updating the agreement several times and helping keep everything track. There were delays with the inspection and home owners insurance and the lender. I was so relieved to finally close! I think the delays would have taken longer without James monitoring the progress so well.
