Great job with selling our mom's house.
Darrin was very transparent with me and my sisters on selling my mom's house. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and if we had any questions regarding what to do he was very forthcoming and let us know the best route to take.
Communicative and helpful
This was my first real estate transaction. Darrin was professional and friendly, and most importantly was always willing to answer my various questions. He came prepared to our first meeting with comps and was great with coordinating pictures. We had offers almost immediately, and he was fantastic about explaining the process and keeping us in the loop. As we had multiple offers in hand, Darrin's advice was priceless and sound. He remained communicative at all times. I greatly appreciate his help and expertise and highly recommend him.
Selling made easy
Darrin and his team came through at the most difficult time in the selling of my moms house. Darrin was always available night or day, even in the weekends with answering any questions myself and my sisters had. He not only made this transition easy and smooth but he was always keeping us informed every step of the way being very detailed in explaining the process. No one realizes how much goes into selling a home but Darrin and his staff made this process seem flawless. I would and will highly recommend Darrin if you want an easy smooth selling of your home.
