•Wendy was fantastic throughout the whole process of buying our house. We were admittedly pretty difficult as we weren’t sure we were ready to buy yet given market conditions and she was extremely patient & helpful without pushing us at all. With all of that said we closed on our new house just 6 weeks after first contacting her. She helped us figure out exactly what we wanted to narrow our search after numerous viewings until we found the right one. She then did a great job negotiating with a difficult seller/listing agent to get us the best deal and we closed in just over 3 weeks after signing the contract. Pretty incredible experience for a process that is typically very stressful & challenging. I would definitely recommend her to everyone. Thank you Wendy!
