•Working with Chad was the best experience! We bought our first home in 2020, and it’s crazy how much the market has changed in just 2 years. Chad helped us navigate the Orlando market and gave us great strategies for getting our offers approved! We were buying from out of town, and had so much confidence in Chad. He drove all over Orlando looking at homes for us, and sent detailed videos for us to watch. When we stepped into the house we had bought, it felt like we had already been there! Chad also has a great network, and his connections to local lenders & appraisers made the process even easier on us. Everyone worked as one team and the process was smooth. Chad is fun to work with, super knowledgeable, patient, & responsive. I wish I could duplicate him to our out-of-state family & friends, because everyone deserves to work with Chad Vaughan at some point in their lives. I can’t recommend him enough!!
