Condo
•On a whim, while visiting the area, I got in contact with Crystal through an online real estate company. She made herself available to show me the condo we ended up buying in Pompano Beach. At first I thought she was young and inexperienced and I questioned her ability to meet our needs…..I was wrong. She put together a comprehensive offer package to the seller and their agent, that was below asking price which was accepted . Since we were absent buyers (lived elsewhere) Crystal agreed to have a host of contractors and installers view the unit to provide us with estimates and inspections on her free time. The closing was difficult, at best, yet she stayed on top of things and in touch with us every step of the way. We’ve purchased many properties over the past two decades, given the difficulties of this purchase, Crystal by far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to close this deal. She was a delight to work with and we highly recommend her professionally. 5 stars!!
