•Christa Hatton was exceptionally capable in selling our property at 1004 Rhodes Villa Ave, on the island in Delray and on the Intracoastal Waterway --at full price!* She proved to be very professionally adroit in successfully handing complexities like City approval of a lot line adjustment adding 20 feet to the sellers remaining property next door*, building restriction lines, City abandonment of part of the right of way to improve access and relocate electric lines underground, and other utility relocations, etc. She evaluated competing offers and advised us well in obtaining our asking price -- and neighbors who would work with us on our plans to expand our home that remains next door. Christa is very knowledgeable, hard-working and competent -- as well as quite personable and fun to work with. Incidentally, we've worked with her on two 1031 transactions as well. We would use her again as the need arises, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home or lot in the Boca Raton/Delray Beach/Boynton Beach south Florida area.
