Approved applicants are required to execute a lease agreement and submit the full security deposit within 72 hours after approval of the lease. Security deposit varies based upon credit criteria; however, standard security deposit equals 1 month's rent. The following list of documents are required from all applicants: credit score, background report, photo ID, 3 months of paystubs (or previous tax returns for self-employed), 2 previous rental verifications, current employment verification, and 2 months bank statement. Owners pay HOA fees. Residents/tenants pay for all utilities including trash, sewer, water, and lawn maintenance. All residents/tenants must have or secure renters' insurance before moving in. Pet Friendly Policy Dogs + Cats 2 pet total max $350.00 non-refundable pet fee and $100 for additional pet up to limit $20.00 monthly pet fee per pet We are pet friendly and welcome up to two pets per home. Large dogs are welcome with no weight limits, though selected breed restriction does apply. All pets are subject to owner and HOA approval. The owner reserves the right to deny or rescind pet privileges as outlined in the lease agreement. Please contact us for any questions or concerns regarding the pet policy.
