Was my first time buying a house and I couldn't of done it without her, she was always available, very sweet and helped with any questions I needed an answer for. Without her I don't think I could of done this myself. She was very professional. She even had the house cleaned for us before we moved in. Jacky is amazing and I can't thank her enough for her hard work as our real estate agent to sell our house in Orlando. She is a brilliant, hardworking, and caring professional. She got us a fast sale, over list price! Jacky knew exactly what to do to make our home attractive and competitive. She was patient with us and understood what a big, emotional step it was to sell the home we had lived in for 13 years. She also spent a lot of effort on marketing, providing us with stunning photography and videography and a catchy listing. When we went live, we immediately got showings scheduled and had a last-minute change due to offers coming in and she worked hard to move our open house up, while still ensuring it received a lot of traffic. We ended up closing 3 weeks after listing. She also helped us smoothly navigate negotiations after inspection that left both sides happy. We met Abby through Zillow when we requested to tour a home (which we ended up purchasing). We did not have a realtor at the time and were so lucky to have been connected with Abby. She is super responsive, advocated for exactly what we wanted and was highly organized throughout an extremely stressful time for us.
