Cole shows up at every event unlike some agents who don't want to waste their time to be with their clients. From the beginning of my search for the 'perfect house' Dianne asked the right questions to help us both understand what I wanted. Granted, it took a while (my fault) and the road was not always straight (ditto), but Dianne gently brought me back on track each time and eventually my search was over - thanks to her patience and perseverance. During our time together I grew to respect the job of Realtor. Being a realtor is not just a walk through a house and point out the positives! They have to familiarize themselves with the state, local and possibly HOA rules, regulations and requirements. They have to know the local markets to be able to estimate an accurate price of your house or the one you are looking to buy. They know inspectors and many other professionals needed to buy, sell or fix up a house. A big plus is they deal with all that paperwork, as well as myriad other jobs I don't even know about...which is what Dianne did for me time after time.
