I met Inia during my winter stay in Sarasota Florida. I called and asked Inia to should me a potential home I was interested in. What I loved the most about Inia, is that she is honest, not pushy, sweet and easy to work with. I felt she was a friend to keep right from the moment I met her. After I came back home to NY, I contacted Inia again to look at 3 different home my husband and I were interested in. From day one to the end, she answered all my questions the same day, she contacted the seller’s agent for additional information about questions I had about the house and equipment. She was always patient with all my questions. Ania sent info like utility company links, early so I had plenty of time to establish services, that I truly appreciated. She met with us several times to go back and look at the house. At our first meeting, she showed several houses in our requested area, then asked us to rate each one. She also had all the houses printed out, so we could take notes, which was extremely helpful. She always let us know every step of the way what to expect, there was never any surprises.
