César was absolutely wonderful to work with. My husband and I were on the hunt for our first home together. As anyone could imagine, it was a very nerve-racking experience, however Cesar made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. He got to work right away, kept in mind exactly what we were looking for and was able to taylor his search to our needs. He was very patient and took the time to really do his research and show us some incredible homes. When my husband and I finally made our decision, Cesar helped us through the entire process from making the offer, to negotiating, to getting us the best possible price. Throughout the throughout the process he even gave a small pieces of advice. He knew all the ins and outs and it was clear from the beginning that he had a lot of experience. My husband and I are now moved into our new home and we couldn’t be happier. We really appreciate the work that Cesar did for us and would be glad to use him again if we ever are on the house hunt again. We will also be referring him to all of our friends and family members.

Amazing to deal with. Down to earth, and knows his stuff. Found us a rental last year and a house to buy this year. We came from across the country and didn't know the area and he worked with us to get exactly what we wanted. We moved into our new house a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier.
