Above and beyond

We began working with Jennifer Singer in mid‑2024 on a friend's recommendation, initially in person and then long‑distance from Dallas, to secure housing in Denver in anticipation of a June 2026 move. From day one she demonstrated exceptional knowledge of Denver‑area neighborhoods and the local market. Her guidance was instrumental in helping us stay the course and remain focused on Lowry, the neighborhood that ultimately delivered for us the perfect balance of walkability, affordability, and desirability. When inventory was tight and many homes that looked good on paper turned out not to be right for us, Jennifer consistently provided calm, thoughtful counseling and helped us keep faith that the right house would eventually come along. One of the biggest advantages of working with Jennifer was her willingness to preview homes with us via FaceTime, saving us substantial time, expense, and unnecessary travel.
