Superb, professional. supportive, careing

Sarah helped us sell our house, closed in Feb 2024. We had owned the house for 30 plus years, and there were some issues to deal with. Sarah helped us navigate repairs and upgrades that demanded her creative and knowledgable skills, such as what was worth doing and not, and what was necessary and what was not. This included understanding the market and the buyer environment that we were in. Her skill set included communicating effectively with buyers and their agents especially in the contract phase.
