I found Daev from a recommendation on Facebook. When I started to process of buying a home I was daunted. My lender cap was $250,000 and nothing seemed promising let alone possible.. Until I found a condo posted online that seemed perfect. The second I walked in I knew I wanted it to be my home. What Daev did to make sure I got it I can only describe as magic. I was out bid, and yet Daev knew exactly how to sell my marginally higher offer. Yall, THIS WAS MY FIRST OFFER on a condo. It normally would take 8-12 offers on various places, and being let down over and over again, finding and losing prospects left and right. I'm not saying he'll get you the first home you fall in love with, but for a relatively low income single woman in a highly competitive market, he got me mine. Would recommend Daev to and and all first time home buyers!
