Great experience!

With great pleasure, we wanted to take this opportunity to write a review for the Sandoval Team at Compass. Michael and Ashley truly helped selling our property which we needed to sell quickly. Prior to hiring the Sandoval Team, we have already attempted to sell it twice before with a different agent, unfortunately we were not able to find an appropriate buyer for over 5 months. Finally, we decided to list the property with the Sandoval Team. They made the process very easy! First, they explained all the steps greatly aided with a PowerPoint presentation and quickly recommended a price which we thought was fair and developed a reasonable game plan. We started having showings within a week and in just few short weeks we received a good offer and closed only a month later. Further, Michael and Ashley were also very helpful through the sale and closing process guiding us what to negotiate and helping with getting inspection report addressed. Finally, we could not be available for the closing time the buyers preferred, so the Sandoval Team arranged that we could meet with the title company online making the process very simple and convenient. The only thing we regret is that we did not bring in the Sandoval Team sooner and I can surely attest that Michael and Ashley are true professionals and will help you with your real estate needs.
