•To begin, my husband and I live about an hour away in Ft Collins and we were looking for a "kiddie condo" for our son who attends the University. We met Kimberly via Zillow and she immediately became our favorite person. Kimberly was so engaging and professional, and immediately knew what "page" we were on. She showed us various sites and most importantly, was very patient with our needs. She went out of her way to communicate with the selling agents even with impromptu scheduling of showings. Kimberly has a way to make you feel like you are never a burden, always wanting to complete your requests. During our decision to buy, Kimberly was very communicative, up to date with technologies via social media and emails, and I know got us the price we wanted because of her experience. She simply put, IS THE BEST!
