•Hyleri & Mark were right alongside us step by step in our arduous journey for a FL getaway purchase. Given the fact that we purchased a non- listed property, and the seller refused to work with a broker, it was not an easy undertaking to say the least! But Hyleri won the seller over with her professionalism, superb knowledge, finesse & calm demeanor. Mark was tireless in his efforts to show us any & all available listings w/in our budget, always infusing each showing w his own finesse, knowledge, never ending patience & much welcomed humor. In the end/ we were finally able to secure a deal- but we could not have done so without both of these top of their game agents - who absolutely went above & beyond with their market knowledge, professionalism & overall skills in every way, shape & form. And BTW- they are also dear dear friends- we are not just a transaction to them, which is so refreshing!!! Now- onward we go to finding a new home in CT. Can’t recommend them enough!!!! Love you guys, Cheryl & Stew
