2 homes sold, could not be happier with Scott!

Scott Korbin was my realtor when I sold my Triangle home to move westward, and later for the sale of my rental townhome. Scott was always there to advise me on questions and decisions, both large and small, and gave me great peace of mind through marketing to closing. I knew I could rely on him because his knowledge of the real estate market and all related areas is vast, and he has many years of experience. But mostly, I trusted him to put my interests first and get the best possible price for both my own home and my rental property. Scott skillfully managed the details with marketing, sale, and closing in each case. For my own home, the sale was fraught with stress when the first buyer backed out due to spousal disagreements, and the second buyer turned out to be very difficult to work with. I had a great house, and the market was hot, but going under contract and then back on the market makes buyers a bit suspicious! Also, interest rates were going up, and I was dealing with moving plus retiring to a new area--but I had peace of mind knowing that Scott had my back. In the end, thanks to Scott’s sales and negotiation skills, we closed on both homes with a great price, well beyond what I had hoped for! I have referred Scott to friends, without qualification. Don’t take chances on a realtor with less experience and marketing savvy... Scott is the best!
