We’ve never written a review endorsing any service or product. But we feel compelled to write this review, because Linda Trevor and her team at Linda Trevor & Company, Compass Realty is the best realtor we have ever worked with ! And, we’ve worked with a lot of realtors in the course of buying and selling seventeen houses in six states, and we have very high standards and have worked with some excellent realtors. Linda is a savvy appraiser of real estate value and a skilled negotiator of the terms of sale; she also has the taste, creativity, talent and resources to build a sales campaign to make your house the one that buyers want. In addition to being so professionally accomplished, Linda is a pleasure to work with. She is always available to take your calls, and her team provides all the information a buyer needs going through a purchase. Linda has a unique “what to expect next” package for buyers which tells them all they need to know and everything they need to do, and when they need to do it, as they approach closing. We believe it’s a “best practice” that all realtors should follow, yet in 17 house purchases we’ve never seen another realtor with anything similar. Linda also has a list of “trusted suppliers/contractors”, which relieves buyers new to an area of the burden of finding and vetting contractors for home maintenance when they take ownership. Another Linda first ! Beyond Linda’s qualifications, Linda’s team is also “best in class”, ready to assist with anything a buyer or seller needs. One of Linda’s associates attended our pre-closing home inspection and she found more items that required “touch-up” than we or the inspector did (and we’re picky). And, when we couldn’t attend the pre-closing walk-through, Linda’s associate attended for us and ensured that all repairs on the “punch-list” had been completed satisfactorily. Linda Trevor & Company, Compass Realty has our unreserved endorsement.
