Gina Lorenzo was initially introduced to us thru a mutual friend for which she assisted in their purchase of a new home. Based on a phone introduction, Gina went above and beyond what a typical agent would due and helped us find a rental property that allowed us to get acquainted with the Waxhaw NC area before purchasing a home. Gina toured the rental properties and videoed them for us to review so that we did not make a mistake and advised us on which rental property to lease. She took the time to understand our needs and what we wanted in a home and was able to provide us with available listings for review. We also looked at homes in the area on our own and Gina’s wealth of knowledge of neighborhoods and local schools kept us from making mistakes had we not had someone guiding us as we went thru the process. She found our perfect home and guided us thru the negotiation process that allowed for a smooth inspection period and home closing. We think Gina is probably the best real estate agent in this area and would have no reservations about recommending her to anyone. We would say if you don’t use Gina to help you find your perfect home you are making a huge mistake!
