•As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I really didn't know what we were doing when we started this process and Kelsey made it such a good process. From our very first conversation, she took the time to explain each step clearly, never making us feel silly for asking basic questions (and we asked a lot of them!). What stood out most was her communication. She was incredibly responsive, often getting back to us within minutes, and she always offered to hop on a call rather than just texting back a quick answer when something needed more explanation. That made a huge difference for us because we were able to actually talk through our questions and concerns in real time and alleviate any stress throughout the process. Kelsey went above and beyond at every turn, whether that meant walking us through paperwork we didn't understand, offering honest advice about properties, or just being available whenever we needed her. We never once felt like we were bothering her! She also is extremely knowledgeable in the real estate field. She knows how all the processes work and has a lot of experience with a variety of situations. Also, if she doesn't know something, she immediately jumps on the chance to find the answer and provide you with the information you are looking for. Thanks to her guidance, we found a home we love and we felt supported through every step of buying it. This is a process that can be very overwhelming, but Kelsey is absolutely amazing. We can't recommend her highly enough, especially if you're a first-time buyer looking for someone patient, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping you find the right home.
