•I have known Kristine for about 9 years and decided to call her when I decided to sell my home. I am so glad I called her. She was very thorough at explaining everything. She definitely knew the marketing area. She suggested a sales amount and I actually sold for only $5000 less than what she suggested. She made sure she kept me, my daughter and my mortgage company update on everything that was going on. Without Kristine’s help I’m not sure I would have gotten through this process. I would definitely recommend her anyone I know selling or buying a new home.
