5-star Professional!
Amanda’s professionalism is reflected in her knowledge of the market place and solutions to problems and negotiations. The sale of my house included several unforeseen roadblocks that she handled with grace and professionalism. I was out of town for the listing and sale of my home yet I always felt confident that things were being handled and she had my best interests at heart…that she wasn’t just out to “make a sale”. If I ever move back to the Tampa area, she’s the only person I want helping me!!

If you are looking for a realtor in the Tampa Bay Area, look no further!
Amanda is amazing! We did our research on the area and did a couple of Open Houses to determine exactly what we were looking for. She listened to us and we found what we were looking for in a very short period of time. Once we decided to make an offer, she was on overdrive. Amanda had insight into into the pros and cons of purchasing a condo. She is current on the situation with building assessments and their impact on the buyer. She listened to our wants and needs and made recommendations for the type of partners that had the same industry knowledge and professionalism who would make the whole process as seamless as her part. We had some hiccups with the walk through and Amanda did her thing, negotiated a solution and got us to the finish line with out delay. Local matters when picking an agent and aa supporting cast to work with. Amanda was amazing and I would highly recommend you giving her a call if the need arises.

My Real Estate Angel :)
First let me just say that this is the first review in my life that I could not wait to complete. I cannot say enough good things about Amanda. From her very first phone call to our last text she has been there for me. I was a first time buyer and she helped me purchase dare I say, my dream home. She is great at what she does and is very knowledgeable. I loved how easy it was to communicate with her, and we communicated often, which helped calm my nerves. After going out 5 or 6 times and placing I think 5 offers - I was able to get an offer accepted. Unfortunately it was just before her birthday vacation. I was so nervous that this would have a negative effect on me getting the house but man was I wrong. Amanda let me know what to expect and what I had to do prior to leaving, she even contacted me via email while on vacation, and keep in mind that she had someone filling in for her. If I needed Amanda she was there - so it was easy to build that trust that’s needed for this type of situation. Amanda is very professional and was a great advocate for me. I always felt like my best interest was important to her - even when I was ready to make dumb decisions based on emotions. I have nothing but love and respect for Amanda - this is not just a job for her and it shows in her work. I will forever be in her debt. She helped me achieve something I have been dreaming of for over 10 years. If you are looking for a good realtor - Amanda is not for you. But if you are looking for the BEST REALTOR in Riverview - look no further than Amanda Winsor. She is the only person I will be sending my friends and family to - and the only person I will contact if I want to purchase another home.

Honest and Dependable
I had a great experience working with Amanda. She was there whenever I needed her regardless of the day or time. Amanda was always on time regardless how far the destination.
